اویان نیوز: به گفته رئیس کل دادگستری اردبیل طلاق توافقی در اردبیل بیش از میانگین کشوری است.
به گزارش اویان نیوز به نقل از تابناک، محمدعلی قاصدی رئیسکل دادگستری اردبیل با اشاره به اینکه در سال گذشته بیش از سه هزار طلاق توافقی طرح شده است، اضافه کرد: در نیمه نخست سال ۹۵ نیز هزار و ۵۰۰ طلاق توافقی مطرح شده و در واقع تقاضای طلاق با ۱۰ درصد افزایش همراه است.
وی با تأکید به اینکه عمده طلاقهای توافقی مربوط به جوانان و به ویژه در پنج سال اول زندگی است گفت از هر پنج ازدواج یک مورد به طلاق منجر میشود.
همچنین به گفته وی ۶۰ درصد از پرونده های اختلاف خانوادگی به خاطر مسئله اعتیاد و مواد مخدر می باشد.
